We do not provide support for corporate, enterprise, or restricted devices, such as encrypted office systems, work VPNs, or business-managed devices.

Grant remote access only when ready, using authorized tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer)
We will only access your device during an active support session and with your explicit consent.

Remote sessions are initiated at your request or approval.

We do not store passwords or sensitive files or monitor your device after a session has ended.
When initiating a support session, Spark Tokens will be deducted from your account balance based on the actual duration of the remote support provided.
Tokens are typically deducted in 15-minute increments. For example, a 20-minute support session would deduct 2 Spark Tokens (30 minutes of time), and a 10-minute session would deduct 1 Spark Token (15 minutes of time).
You will be notified of the token deduction when a session begins or ends.
Your active consent may be required to begin a session if insufficient tokens are present for the minimum deduction.

Proprietary software, work VPNs, or locked corporate systems

Direct hands on hardware repairs or physical device damage, but we can assist and monitor your progress on how to perform those activities.

Life-critical or emergency systems
We are not responsible for service delays or interruptions caused by user errors, third-party software, or network issues.
We are not liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits, cost of recovery, reprogramming, or reproducing any program or data as a result of using our services. We will however do everything in our power to repair and fix your systems to best the best of our ability.
We are not responsible for service delays or interruptions caused by user errors, third-party software, or network issues. We make no warranties of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Any disputes that arise from these services shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas and shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association and shall be held in Travis County, Texas. Each party shall bear it’s own attorney’s fees and costs.
