RC SYSTEMS & SUPPORT, LLC

This Auto-Renewal & Recurring Spark Authorization Agreement (“Auto-Renewal Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and RC Systems & Support, LLC (“RC Systems,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”).

This Agreement applies only if you affirmatively enroll in Auto-Renewal services.

By checking the enrollment box and clicking “Agree,” you expressly authorize recurring Spark deductions and/or recurring payment charges as described below.

1. Purpose of Auto-Renewal

RC Systems offers certain recurring services, including but not limited to:

• Cybersecurity protection
• Credit monitoring
• Identity monitoring

These services require recurring Spark usage on a monthly or annual basis.

To prevent interruption of service, you may voluntarily enroll in Auto-Renewal.

Enrollment is optional and not required to use RC Systems & Support services.

2. Monthly Spark Deduction Authorization

If you enroll in a recurring service:

• A fixed number of Sparks will be automatically deducted each month.
• The required number of Sparks will be clearly disclosed at enrollment.

Example:

If Cybersecurity requires 2 Sparks per month, 2 Sparks will automatically be deducted from your Spark balance each month while the service remains active.

Deductions occur on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled.

3. Automatic Spark Replenishment Authorization

If your Spark balance is insufficient to cover a recurring service deduction, you authorize RC Systems & Support to:

• Automatically charge your designated payment method
• Purchase sufficient Sparks to maintain uninterrupted service

Charges may include:

• Spark purchase price
• Applicable taxes
• Processing fees (if disclosed)

You authorize recurring charges without further notice unless required by law.

4. Payment Authorization

By enrolling, you:

• Authorize recurring charges to your debit card, credit card, or ACH account.
• Confirm you are the authorized holder of the payment method.
• Agree that this authorization remains in effect until canceled.

This authorization is provided in compliance with:

• The Electronic Funds Transfer Act (EFTA)
• The Federal E-SIGN Act
• The Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act (ROSCA)
• Applicable state automatic renewal laws

5. Clear Disclosure of Material Terms

At the time of enrollment, RC Systems will clearly disclose:

• The number of Sparks deducted monthly
• The cost of Spark replenishment
• The billing frequency
• How to cancel
• That charges are recurring

You acknowledge reviewing this disclosure prior to enrollment.

6. Cancellation Rights

You may cancel Auto-Renewal at any time by:

• Logging into your account dashboard, or
• Contacting customer support at help@rc.systems

Cancellation:

• Stops future Spark deductions and automatic charges
• Does not refund previously used Sparks
• Does not retroactively reverse prior charges

Cancellation must occur before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

7. Failed Payments

If a payment method fails:

• Services may be suspended
• Active protections may terminate
• We may retry charges as permitted by law
• We are not responsible for service lapses

You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information.

8. No Guarantee of Continuous Protection

RC Systems & Support does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Service interruptions may occur due to:

• Payment failure
• Technical issues
• Third-party provider disruptions
• Force majeure events

We are not liable for damages arising from service lapses.

9. Refund Policy

Except where required by law:

• Recurring Spark charges are non-refundable once processed.
• Partial month refunds are not provided.
• Promotional Sparks may expire as disclosed.

Some states may provide additional cancellation or refund rights, which will apply where required.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes related to Auto-Renewal are governed by the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration provisions in the RC Systems & Support Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference.

By enrolling, you agree to binding arbitration and waive class action rights as described in the Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The venue of any claim arising under this agreement shall be brought in Travis County, Texas.

If you reside outside Texas, you agree that:

• Texas law governs this Agreement
• Arbitration will be conducted under the FAA

If any provision is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, it shall be modified only to the extent required.

12. Electronic Consent

By checking the enrollment box and clicking “Agree,” you:

• Provide express informed consent
• Authorize recurring charges
• Agree to electronic records and communications
• Confirm this constitutes a legally binding signature

13. Modification

RC Systems may update this Agreement.

Material changes to billing structure will not apply retroactively and will require renewed consent where required by law.
