
This Auto-Renewal & Recurring Spark Authorization Agreement (“Auto-Renewal Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and RC Systems & Support, LLC (“RC Systems,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”).
This Agreement applies only if you affirmatively enroll in Auto-Renewal services.
By checking the enrollment box and clicking “Agree,” you expressly authorize recurring Spark deductions and/or recurring payment charges as described below.
RC Systems offers certain recurring services, including but not limited to:
These services require recurring Spark usage on a monthly or annual basis.
To prevent interruption of service, you may voluntarily enroll in Auto-Renewal.
Enrollment is optional and not required to use RC Systems & Support services.
If you enroll in a recurring service:

If Cybersecurity requires 2 Sparks per month, 2 Sparks will automatically be deducted from your Spark balance each month while the service remains active.
Deductions occur on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled.
If your Spark balance is insufficient to cover a recurring service deduction, you authorize RC Systems & Support to:

You authorize recurring charges without further notice unless required by law.
By enrolling, you:
This authorization is provided in compliance with:
At the time of enrollment, RC Systems will clearly disclose:
You acknowledge reviewing this disclosure prior to enrollment.
You may cancel Auto-Renewal at any time by:
Cancellation:
Cancellation must occur before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
If a payment method fails:
You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information.
RC Systems & Support does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Service interruptions may occur due to:
We are not liable for damages arising from service lapses.
Except where required by law:
Some states may provide additional cancellation or refund rights, which will apply where required.
All disputes related to Auto-Renewal are governed by the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration provisions in the RC Systems & Support Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference.
By enrolling, you agree to binding arbitration and waive class action rights as described in the Terms of Service.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
The venue of any claim arising under this agreement shall be brought in Travis County, Texas.
If you reside outside Texas, you agree that:
If any provision is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, it shall be modified only to the extent required.

Material changes to billing structure will not apply retroactively and will require renewed consent where required by law.
